The mission of GiGi's Playhouse is to change the way the world views Down syndrome and to send a global message of acceptance for all. This is an amazing volunteer opportunity to help others. Volunteers can help with events, general jobs in the playhouse, and help out with various programs.

The Holy Angels mission is to provide compassionate, dependable care for those with intellectual developmental disabilities and delicate medical conditions through physical, social, spiritual, educational, vocational and emotional support. Teens 13 to 17 years of age can participate in the Volunteen program after school and during the summers. The program provides a unique character and self-esteem building opportunity for teens to offer helping hands to residents and staff.

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness and demonstrate courage. Volunteers 14 and over are welcome for many roles; however, specific roles may require volunteers to be 16 or 18 and have parental consent.
