As an American Cancer Society volunteer you can honor a survivor or a loved one lost to cancer, help save lives of people in your local community, and around the world. When you volunteer with the American Red Cross, you’re supporting one of the largest humanitarian organizations in the world and making a positive impact on your peers and in your community. You can also maximize your talent, learn new skills, improve your resume, and meet new people – all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Volunteers under the age of 18 must provide parental consent.

LLS volunteers make a significant impact while selflessly dedicating their time and talent to achieve our mission. With countless ways to engage, from fundraising to providing patient support, our volunteers are helping us change the landscape of cancer.

All required waivers, terms & conditions are immediately available when a minor applies for and accepts a role with us. By going to the site, all volunteers are connected, based on zip code, to the current volunteer opportunities at the LLS Chapter closest to them.

The Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter works to improve the quality of life for people affected by MS and raise funds for critical MS research. With volunteer’s help we stretch our donor dollar and build a stronger organization. For our volunteers, we provide growth and development at all points of service. Volunteer with us at a fundraising event like Walk or Bike MS, become an office volunteer, and more. You can help move us closer to a world free of MS. Parental consent is required for youth (under 18).

Our volunteers share their time and talents to support the mission of UPMC Harrisburg and improve patient experience. Students must be 15 yrs old by June 1 to participate in the Summer Student Program. Parent/guardian consent is required for anyone under 18 years old.

Vickie's Angel Foundation provides a financial bridge for families fighting cancer where it can help the most - meeting the immediate needs of our families. Volunteers are an important part of our organization. It is a rewarding experience helping those in need who are fighting cancer.
